Scope of work

Contingency and accuracy — are risk allowances and the stated accuracy plausible for the stage of the project?

What you receive

Memo of 3–5 pages with a verdict: plausible, plausible with adjustments, or not plausible.
List of adjustments with their cost effect as a range, and questions for the author.
One 45-minute call.

Not included

Site visit and new survey work.
Preparing a replacement estimate (available as a follow-on at the day rate).

What we need from you

The report or estimate in an editable format where available, with the drawings and area schedules it is based on.

Delivery is counted from receipt of the documents and payment.

Hourly rate: €75 (USD 90)
Additional reliance party: €600 (USD 700) per reliance letter
Expedited delivery: +25 % on the fixed fee
Travel time: 50 % of the day rate; travel costs at cost
